Update On Altering Your Dream Series

A few months ago, I began developing a series titled "Altering Your Dreams" to help people be able to actually control what they dream and bring their dream state into their waking state so that they can create the life they truly deserve. I started this series with the intention to helping others learn how to interpret their dreams. I was developing the series, sharing the videos on my youtube channel.

I actually did share 2 or 3 videos about it. I recently removed the videos because the series was incomplete and I felt that if I really wanted to deliver value to people and give people who are struggling to understand what their dreams mean, that I have to have the series complete and THEN deliver everything at one, not sporadically.

With that being said, I'm going to get back to work on developing the series, offering from teleseminars and live ustream classes helping individuals do exactly what I just mentioned above. I will also be developing a free report for people who want to analyze and interpret their dreams can use every day to help them with their dreams.

Once the series is complete, I will be making articles on this blog, as well as other article publishing sites online such as hubpages, associated content, etc. I will them proceed to make videos on the series, explaining exactly how to alter your dreams. For people who want more information on the topic or want more guidance, answers, etc they will be able to sign up for free tele-seminars and live ustream classes.

You will also be able to download a free report from this blog, by opting in with your name and email address to receive the free report. All of these things will be taking place over the next few weeks, so please stayed tuned. As soon as everything is finished, I will be making another post where you can access all of this information.

If you haven't done so already, please opt in to receiving free tips on analyzing and interpreting your dreams by clicking HERE!

Step Three To Altering Your Dreams: Make A Dream Journal

Ok, so here is the 3rd installation to the "Altering Your Dreams" Series. In this brief article, I will be explaining to you how you can alter your dreams by dream recall & writing your dreams down.

I remember the time where I would dream every night; back to back. Tossing & turning all through the night with these vivid, almost real dreams holding me captive. I mean these dreams would feel so real it was almost like I left my "reality" & entered into an alternate reality. All the messages, symbols, & mysteries of my dreams would not only keep me in suspense, but also in a heightened state of terror.

Not saying that my dreams were terrorizing, because I can actually count on my hands how many dreams actually "spooked" me, but I can say that the realness of the dreams, the eerie, creepy feeling of the dream as if I was physically there, would make even the most sane person question what reality REALLY is. I often found my self upon waking up with a pressure on the top of my head as if someone hit me with a two ton anvil.

Having these weird dreams that just happened spontaneously without warning or promptings led me to wanting to keep track of them to see if there were any patterns or things that I wasn't currently aware of. It made me want to learn how my life & dreams clash. It made me discover something very interesting. I discovered that not only do my dreams have patterns, they have themes as well.

From themes, to symbols, I was even able to predict future events based upon what I dreamed! It was fascinating to me to dive deep into my subconscious mind all the things that the universe or God or what ever spiritual being wants me to see & know.

Another thing that really gave me a thrill was the fact that I didn't feel any pain in my dreams. If I had a dream where I am getting shot, I don't feel the pain. The only thing I "feel" is when I see the blood gushing, (sorry for the graphics. Definitely not for the faint at heart). I also discovered that I can fly in my dreams. It's a very exhilarating experience might I add. But this post is far about flying, it's more about recognizing the dreams when you fly & the dreams where you don't.

Once I started seeing the patterns & the themes & the symbols, I realized that writing my dreams down would give me an even bigger insight. I also discovered that some things that were happening in my "waking life" were simultaneously being shown to me BEFORE it happened in my dreams. My dreams were warning me of impeding doom, or giving me a heads up of what's to come. I was only able to make that connection AFTER I started keeping a journal of my dreams.

So step 3 to Altering Your Dreams by creating a journal doesn't only help you recall your dreams; it can help you stop a problem in it's beginning stages if you are paying enough attention to the dreams you have, & it can give you a much bigger insight to what steps to take next or even predict what's to come.

Right before going to bed, I recommend you get a note book or note pad, & a pen & have it by your nightstand or by your bed where you will be able to access quickly upon waking so you can write down your dream. If you don't remember your dream, it's okay. Just write down the parts that you do remember. Sometimes other pieces of dreams we thought we didn't know or remember come back to us while we have our attention on something else.

After a few weeks, around 4-6 weeks after you start, go back to the very first dream that you wrote down. Re-read all of the other dreams that you wrote. See the similarities. See the differences. Take note of anything new symbols or themes. Keep track of changes. This will come in handy when it comes time to Alter Your Dream to what you want it to be.

I hope this article helps. Stay tuned to the next installation of the "Altering Your Dream" Series!

Step Two To Altering Your Dreams

A little over a month ago, I made a video on my youtube channel introducing how you can alter your dreams. (click HERE to watch the video in case you missed it). I then went ahead and made a second video on showing you the first step to altering your dreams. (click HERE to see step one on how you can Alter Your Dreams). Now here today I'm going to share with you step in altering your dreams. Before you read this step, please check out my first post on my blog: Introduction To Altering Your Dreams.

Lately I've been having a few dreams that have given me a bit of insight on my life and how I can incorporate what I dream into my waking life. My subconscious is sending me direct messages in subliminal ways to get my attention. Reoccurring dreams have resurfaced and I keep dreaming about certain people and similar events happening over and over. I often ask my myself what do these dreams really mean, an If I am actually getting the real message behind the dream.

After years of jumping out of my sleep out of fear of what I've been dreaming, I can honestly say that my dreams are not always what one would consider "good". Some messages I have to decode takes days or even weeks to fully comprehend or even understand. Until something happens and then I'm like "now I know what my dream was telling me!". I realized later on that my dreams actually forewarns me of coming events in my life and If I pay close attention, I can avoid or even completely eliminate most of the nonsense that actually occurs just from my dreams alone!

What does me telling you about my dreams have to do with altering your dreams? Well it has everything to do with altering your dreams because had I not discovered this after trial and error for years of having weird dreams, I would never be able to tell you how you can alter yours to have a desired outcome in your waking life. The most important thing to remember is "it's just a dream". Not literally, but actually figuratively.

Everyone knows that my stance on dreams is that they are a portal to alternate universes that we are experiencing simultaneously as we are experiencing this realty that we currently live in. So for me to say to remember "it's just a dream" is simply saying 'this is just one of the many lives we are experiencing at once' and that you can change it simply by believing you can.

Which brings me to Step Two. Do not be afraid of what you dream. Just because you dream that someone close to you has died, or that you fell down a flight of stairs or into a dark hole doesn't mean that in your waking life you will actually die. It's a symbol for something bigger. It's like a metaphor for something else that you need to give your attention to. It's not something to take literally. I've had reoccurring dreams of me being shot several times. Did I die? Obviously not, because If I did, I wouldn't be here writing to you right now.

Being shot doesn't necessarily mean you will die; it simply means apart of your self is changing, or apart of your self is dying, or a new part of you is emerging. A great book to read about dream symbols isDreamMoods.com: What's In Your Dream? - An A to Z Dream Dictionary. I usually go to the DreamMoods website often to decode some of my own dreams when there are symbols I just quite don't know the meaning of.

Not being afraid of your dream is a very important step because 1. You don't build an emotional attachment to the dream. Once you involve emotions into something, it's sort of like a 'vibe' or energy that is captured and stored as a memory. So every time you revisit the dream, you already have a feeling/essence that is NOT in line with your desired outcome or the message the dream was trying to tell you. So being neutral to what's happening in your dream can give you the opportunity to really see what the bigger message is.

There are various ways to detach from having an emotional reaction to your dream. First, you need to observe how you feel when you first wake up from the dream. Remember, "it's just a dream" not literally, but figuratively. Now imagine how you would feel if the dream had a different ending or outcome. How would you feel then? How would you have reacted differently? Just by making this change you will be looking at the bigger picture instead of focusing on the emotional attachment.

Always remember to write down your dreams upon waking if you can remember. Don't beat yourself up if you cannot remember your dream. Sometimes just asking yourself what was the dream about will help bring them out from your subconscious mind. I've programmed myself to remember my dreams simply by either writing them down, or asking my subconscious mind to tell me what my dream was about. I've also got into the habit that as soon as I wake up, I recite exactly what I dreamed about. That way, I'll keep it fresh in my mind and make it easier to remember.

I hope this article was helpful. I will continue to share the steps to altering your dreams. You can also learn how to control your dreams by lucid dreaming. New to lucid dreaming? Learn all you need to know with Lucid Dreaming Made Easy.

Step One To Altering Your Dreams

So I made a video on my youtube channel introducing how to alter your dreams. (here is the link in case you missed it). This article will be an aid to the next video, which will be titled, "Step One To Altering Your Dreams". Please watch the video before reading this article.

Ok, so first, I'd like to do a short recap of what I spoke about in the "introduction To Altering Your Dreams" video. As I said in the video, I believe dreams are a portal to our "other lives" that we are living simultaneously while we are living our current "reality". I also believe that you can change your dreams to any outcome that you want it to be. It just takes a little practice.

The first step to altering your dreams is to realize that you are dreaming! Which means that what is impossible in "reality" is possible in your dream state. Therefore, you know because of the law of gravity in "reality" you cannot fly, but you know that when you sleep & dream of flying, you will actually fly because there is no 'law" to dreaming. There are no restrictions on what you can do in your dreams. You can alter them any way you wish!

This is not an easy thing to do because sometimes when we are dreaming we get scared of what is happening. This used to happen to me a lot before I understood how to control my fear in my dreams (which I will discuss in another video). You need to understand & fully grasp the fact that you are dreaming, nothing will happen to you. You are ok.

Any & everything is possible in your dreams! You have total control over what you dream, how you dream it, & the order in which that dream takes place. Eventually, you will also learn that you can actually have your dream state enter into your "reality". Meaning, you can create your dreams while you sleep to match an outcome that you want in your waking state.

Please open your mind to the dreams you are having. They are NOT fake! They are NOT a coincidence. They are messages to your subconscious mind. Messages in the form of symbols, places, people, & re-occurring dreams. So do not take ANY DREAM LIGHTLY. They all are doors to answers, insights, & possibly heads up to events that will take place.

So again, the first step is to realize you are dreaming! Realize that there is no "law" to dreaming. Anything is possible in your dreams. Stay tuned for Step Two To Altering Your Dreams. If you are not subscribed to my youtube channel, please click HERE!

Introduction To Altering Your Dreams

Something fascinating has happened to me a few days ago & I couldn't wait to share it with you all. I've always had weird dreams ever since I was a little girl. I used to have these weird, vivid, dreams that would keep me up all hours of the night. I was one of those kids who used to sneak into their parents room to sleep because I was too afraid to sleep alone. I was afraid that the things I saw in my dreams would come into my reality & get me so bedtime for me was sleeping snugly under my mom.

As I got older I started to notice patterns. I started to see that I can dream about things before they happened. Sometimes I'd have conversations with my friends at school & I'd get a "deja-vu" feeling as though I already had the dream before. Sometimes I even go places & feel as though I've been there, even though I never set foot there in my life. I have dreams that have very specific symbols. For example, I used to dream about getting shot. I also used to dream about guns a lot. I found out that dreaming about getting shot or dreaming about guns does NOT mean I'm going to die; but it means that there is a change or transformation taking place.

I used to write down my dreams upon waking up. I had a habit that I developed that I would recall the dream I had as soon as I woke up so I wouldn't forget any detail. I'd write the dream down in my dream journal & I'd keep track of most of my dreams. I didn't always write my dreams down because they were so vivid & so rare that they were very hard to forget. I started to see patterns, symbols, & I also started noticing more & more that I can predict the future.

All of this brings me to present day. I have a dream every night. If there is a night that goes by without a dream, I start to think something is wrong. I've been helping other's interpret their dreams for awhile since Yahoo Answers! first came on the scene. People enjoyed & liked my interpretations. I was getting high points on the leader board as well. I suddenly stopped interpreting people's dreams because the account that I had with Yahoo Answers! mysteriously disappeared. I never knew what happened to that account. It just was gone. I couldn't sign in. I thought maybe someone hacked into my account & changed the password. I tried to contact Yahoo to try to get my account back but to no avail.

So back to having dreams every night. I have dreams every night & it's not unusual for me to wake up in cold sweats or in a paranoid state of mind. My dreams are so real to the point where it's getting to the place where I'm starting to think that dreams aren't just "dreams". I'm starting to believe that dreams are a portal or gateway to another dimension. I'm starting to believe that dreams are like an alternate universe. We are conditioned to believe that this is the only life, but I beg to differ. I believe we have numerous lives in different universes. I believe that we can enter those dimensions through our dreams.

The only problem with that is we are conditioned to think that these things are "impossible" or "taboo". Some may even say that the mere thought of being able to enter into another dimension is crazy talk! I say no, it's not. It's REAL. Only if we believe it to be. This brings me to altering a dream. The other night I changed the outcome of my dream. How did I do that? Well for one, I know I was dreaming. When you dream, you can doing ANYTHING.

Once you know that you can do ANYTHING in your dreams, it's easier to manipulate them to bring about your desired outcome. So It was literally like a pause, rewind thing going on in my dream. I didn't like the ending of a dream I had so I paused it, rewound it, & inserted a different ending. It was so surreal. I couldn't even believe that it actually worked. But from years & years of controlling, manipulating, & adjusting my dreams, it almost felt like second nature.

I remember waking up in the middle of the night so extremely paranoid that I couldn't even go back to sleep because the dream felt THAT REAL. At that point it was hard for me to believe that dreams are "fake". Dreams are NOT FAKE! I've predicted major catastrophic events just from a DREAM! So they are real! I predicted several times things happening to people I know & they were true! They happened! All because of a dream I had!

Now how to alter your dream exactly...well, that's what I will share with you in my next video on "Alter Your Dreams" on my Youtube channel! So make sure you are subscribed & tell a friend!
